FAT LOSS

Main goal is focused on reducing body fat mass/ body fat percentage/ visceral fat.

 

This will require you to be in a calorie deficit

MUSCLE GAIN

Main goal is focused on an increase in muscle mass/ increase in BMR e.g. increase muscle mass by 1kg

 

This will require you to at least be at maintenance cals if not a surplus

PERFORMANCE

Main goal is focused on an increase in performance such as strength e.g. 1rm back squat increase by 10kg/ fitness e.g. decrease 35cal from 3:02 to 2:45
